Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Hyderabad & Secunderabad1–2 business days
• Telangana (rest of state)2–3 business days
• South India (AP, TN, KA, KL)3–5 business days
• Rest of India5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Orders below ₹499 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹60, shown at checkout before you place the order. We ship within India only.

Courier Partners

We ship via reputed courier services including Shiprocket network partners (DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, and others depending on your pincode). You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order. If a COD order is returned due to non-availability, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
