Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Policy

At UNMAI HERBALS, we take great care in packing every order. Because our products are herbal powders for personal care use, we follow a limited return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched (orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days). Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please raise a return request after delivery instead.

If you paid online, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation. Cash on Delivery orders are simply cancelled — nothing is charged.

We may cancel an order ourselves if a product is out of stock, the delivery address is unserviceable, or we suspect fraud. In that case you will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded in full.

When You Can Return

We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

• ●Product received is damaged or leaking
• ●Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
• ●Product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• —Opened or used products (due to hygiene reasons)
• —Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• —Products not in their original packaging
• —Dissatisfaction due to individual hair type or results — hair care results vary by person

How to Raise a Return Request

1. WhatsApp us at +91 62811 41260 within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product
3. Our team will respond within 24 working hours to confirm eligibility
4. If approved, we will either send a replacement or process a refund

Refund Process

Once a return is approved:

• ●Online payments — refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
• ●Cash on Delivery — refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 3–5 business days (you will need to share your bank details)
